This quick and easy appetizer is a spin on a traditional queso dip. Made with two kinds of cheese, milk, black beans, corn and tomatoes with chiles, this easy dip is zesty with a slight kick. Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes.

Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat and add milk, Velveeta and Pepper Jack cheese, stirring constantly until melted.

Fold in the beans, tomatoes with chiles and corn.

Serve with tortilla chips. For added spice, garnish with cayenne pepper.
