Crab and green bean salad with toasted almonds

A fast, filling salad.

  1. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice and dijon together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss green beans in dressing.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add garlic, cook until softened about 4 minutes then add crab meat and cook until crab is warmed through.
  3. Divide mixed green between plated and top with green beans, crab and toasted almonds. Drizzle any remaining dressing over salad before serving.
