Crab and Green Bean Salad with Toasted Almonds

A fast, filling salad.
Ingredients
Directions
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice and dijon together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss green beans in dressing.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add garlic, cook until softened about 4 minutes then add crab meat and cook until crab is warmed through.
- Divide mixed green between plated and top with green beans, crab and toasted almonds. Drizzle any remaining dressing over salad before serving.
