- Slice the tomato into slices that are about 1/4”-1/2” thick.
Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each tomato slice.
Place a fresh basil leaf on top of the cheese on each tomato slice.
Break up the crabmeat into small pieces and spoon over each tomato.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and then drizzle with olive oil.
