Crab Fried Rice

An easy one-pot dish that you can load up with veggies or keep simple.


Select ingredients:


  1. In a deep frying pan, melt butter and add rice. Cook, stirring frequently, until rice begins to brown.
  2. Add water, onion powder and half of soy sauce. Bring to boil. Stirring often, let simmer for about 4-6 minutes, or until liquid just begins to disappear.
  3. Add crab, peas, mushrooms and remaining soy sauce. Continue stirring to mix well. When liquid has all but disappeared, the rice is ready to serve. Tip: If you don't serve immediately, add water to keep mixture from sticking. Bring back to a boil if you add too much.
