- Boil noodles as directed. Drain and set aside.
- In a deep sauce pan, stir together heavy whipping cream and butter on low heat. When blended, slowly stir in cheese until blended. Keep stirring on low heat.
- In a deep sautee pan, heat olive oil on medium low heat. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Add mushrooms and toss until just tender. Add peas and continue tossing. May add more salt and pepper to taste. Add crab meat and lemon pepper. Stir until heated through.
Slowly pour sauce into sautee pan, over vegetables and crab meat. Add linguini and mix well. Serve from the pan, immediately.
