Easy to make and everyone will love it - a Southern classic with a seafood twist.
- Boil elbow noodles as directed. Drain.
- In a small bowl whisk together egg, milk, salt and pepper
- In a baking dish, layer half the noodles, half the cheese, all of the crab and half of the milk mixture. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until cheese on top begins to golden. Serve immediately.
