Creamed Corn with Red Bell Peppers

This creamy side dish with fresh red bell peppers and spicy jalapenos is great to feed a crowd. It's gluten free and only has 6 ingredients!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the corn kernels off the ear from top to bottom. When finished, scrape the cob again to get all bits of kernels and creamy milk.
- Add peppers, jalapenos, heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of salt, pepper, and a generous amount of butter. Mix together well.
- Pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake until hot and bubbly, 45-55 minutes.
