A warm cheesy dip recipe brimming with artichoke hearts and tomatoes to serve on pita chips or sliced French bread.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Add mozzarella cheese, drained tomatoes and artichokes to bowl, and then mix gently.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Enjoy with pita chips or French bread, if desired.
