Creamy Baby Red Potatoes

This is the kind of dish you could serve to your family every day and no one would ever get bored with it. It'€™s just that good!

  1. In a large saucepan, boil the potatoes for approximately 25 minutes or until they’re just cooked (not too soft).
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and add the pepper, salt, parsley, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, Parmesan (if desired), and cream. Heat until thoroughly warmed, stirring constantly (do not boil).
  3. Transfer the cooked potatoes to a serving dish and pour the butter/cream mixture over the potatoes. Toss until the potatoes are coated.
