A hearty seafood casserole.
- Melt the butter in a pot over medium high heat, add the flour and cook until it just begins to brown. Whisk in seafood stock and milk making sure there are no lumps. Add 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and continue to whisk until cheese has melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add spinach, crab, and pasta to cheese sauce and toss until everything is evenly coated. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 400 degrees until browned and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
