Creamy Crab and Spinach Bake

  1. Melt the butter in a pot over medium high heat, add the flour and cook until it just begins to brown. Whisk in seafood stock and milk making sure there are no lumps. Add 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and continue to whisk until cheese has melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Add spinach, crab, and pasta to cheese sauce and toss until everything is evenly coated. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 400 degrees until browned and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
