Select ingredients:


  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the steaks and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip the steaks over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until they reach the desired internal temperature. Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in the broth, heavy cream and cooked pasta. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Stir in Parmesan and cook, stirring frequently until a thick sauce forms, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Top with the sliced steak. Garnish with the parsley and the crushed red pepper flakes.
