These crescent roll egg cups are sure to be a hit of any breakfast or brunch.
- Preheat oven 375F.
- Place a crescent roll dough triangle into a greased muffin space. Stretch it out to cover any holes.
- Fill each cup with 1 tablespoon cooked ground sausage and 1 tablespoon shredded cheese.
- Place an egg on top of each muffin.
- Bake 17-20 minutes or until crescent roll is cooked throughly.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
