These crescent roll egg cups are sure to be a hit of any breakfast or brunch.


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven 375F.
  2. Place a crescent roll dough triangle into a greased muffin space. Stretch it out to cover any holes.
  3. Fill each cup with 1 tablespoon cooked ground sausage and 1 tablespoon shredded cheese.
  4. Place an egg on top of each muffin.
  5. Bake 17-20 minutes or until crescent roll is cooked throughly.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
