This crispy cod is baked, not fried, for a fresh fish with a crunchy crust that is ready in just 30 minutes.


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add flour, salt and pepper to one bowl.
  3. Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasoning to another bowl.
  4. Add butter to a third bowl.
  5. Coat fish in flour mixture, coat in butter, then place in bread crumb mixture. Make sure fish is coated completely.
  6. Place cod on foil lined baking pan and cook for 10-15 minutes or until fish is done.
