This crispy cod is baked, not fried, for a fresh fish with a crunchy crust that is ready in just 30 minutes.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add flour, salt and pepper to one bowl.
- Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasoning to another bowl.
- Add butter to a third bowl.
- Coat fish in flour mixture, coat in butter, then place in bread crumb mixture. Make sure fish is coated completely.
- Place cod on foil lined baking pan and cook for 10-15 minutes or until fish is done.
