You don't have to eat chicken to enjoy the delicious taste of buffalo. Even better? It's vegetables, which can't be beat!
- Pre-heat oven to 450º.
- Whisk together flour, beer, salt, garlic powder and 1 tablespoon Buffalo sauce.
- Dip cauliflower florets into flour mixture, then set on a baking tray that has been sprayed liberally with non-stick spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, then toss with ½ cup Buffalo sauce, set back into the oven and bake for 5 minutes longer.
