Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole

Don't waste time in the morning preparing breakfast before rushing out the door. Place everything in the crock pot the night before and wake up to a complete, hot breakfast!


Select ingredients:


  1. Begin by heavily greasing the inside of your crock pot with cooking spray or inserting a crock pot liner.
  2. Layer hash browns, sausage/bacon, onions, peppers, and 1 cup of the cheese in the crock pot. Repeat in the same order.
  3. Crack 12 eggs in a separate bowl and whisk together with the salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the eggs over the two layers and cover. Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or until the eggs are set and thoroughly cooked.
