Mouthwatering Italian Beef that melts in your mouth

  1. Place Chuck Roast in crock pot. Rub dry Italian dressing mix on chuck roast. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, a jar or pepperoncinis ( peppers juice and all), add approximately 3 cups of water making sure that the chuck roast is covered completely.
  2. Cover with crock pot lid. Cook on low for approximately 10 to 12 hours, until meat is very tender. Use a fork to shred meat for sandwiches an serve with fresh baked Food Lion Italian bread
