- Place Chuck Roast in crock pot. Rub dry Italian dressing mix on chuck roast. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, a jar or pepperoncinis ( peppers juice and all), add approximately 3 cups of water making sure that the chuck roast is covered completely.
- Cover with crock pot lid. Cook on low for approximately 10 to 12 hours, until meat is very tender. Use a fork to shred meat for sandwiches an serve with fresh baked Food Lion Italian bread
