Everyone loves this hearty, one-pot, warm-you-up-fast dinner!

- In a bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Coat the beef with the seasoning.
- In a large slow cooker, place the soup mix and the water. Stir them together. Place the celery and onions in the slow cooker and place the beef on top.
- Arrange the potatoes and baby carrots around the beef.
- Cook (covered) on high for 2 hours, then reduce to low heat for another 4 to 5 hours until the beef is super-tender and falling apart.
