Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, bacon, green onions, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Fill the pepper halves with the cheese mixture. Press about 1 1/2 tablespoons of crushed LAY’S Classic Potato Chips onto the filling of each pepper.
  3. Arrange the filled peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the peppers are tender.

Recipe Tip: Poppers can be assembled up to 3 days in advance and refrigerated until ready to bake. Just add the crushed LAY’S Classic Potato Chips before baking!
