This recipe is an easy way to bring unusual flavors together. The plentiful sauce is great on rice.
- Preheat oven to 400.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in an oven proof skillet and brown pork chops, approximately five minutes per side.
In another pan heat 2 tablespoons oil and add the next six ingredients.Smash the bouillon cube with a fork to make sure it mixes in. Slowly add water and apples and gently whisk as the sauce reaches a simmer.
- Spoon half of sauce on pork chops. Bake for 20 minutes.
Spoon rest of sauce on pork chops. Bake for another 20 minutes. Bon Appétit!
