Dairy is a common allergen but it's also an easy thing to substitute in smoothies for a tasty, belly-ache free snack or breakfast!

  1. In a blender add the apple, ice, yogurt, cacao powder, banana and strawberries and blend on high for about one minute. If the smoothie begins to stick to the sides of the blender, scrape and continue blending until well-mixed.
