  1. In a small bowl, whisk together water, salt, cocoa powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. In a food processor, pulse together almonds, pecans, and oats until finely chopped. Add cocoa mixture and almond butter. Process until mixture holds together when pressed. Transfer to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips and dried cherries.
  3. Roll into balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
