  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and whisk until combined.
  3. Cut in butter using a pastry cutter.
  4. Stir in fresh dill.
  5. Add buttermilk and stir. The dough will be sticky.
  6. Turn out dough on floured work surface and begin to fold and knead. Add flour as needed.
  7. Pat the dough into 1" thickness and use cookie cutter to cut out biscuits.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly & serve warm.
