- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and whisk until combined.
- Cut in butter using a pastry cutter.
- Stir in fresh dill.
- Add buttermilk and stir. The dough will be sticky.
- Turn out dough on floured work surface and begin to fold and knead. Add flour as needed.
- Pat the dough into 1" thickness and use cookie cutter to cut out biscuits.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly & serve warm.
