- Begin by preparing your fruits and vegetables. Blanch the peas, if desired, and then add them to a medium bowl.
- Add the blueberries, then slice the strawberries and radishes and add to the bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, add the water, sugar, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper, then whisk together until combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruits and vegetables.
- Serve cold.
