  1. Begin by preparing your fruits and vegetables. Blanch the peas, if desired, and then add them to a medium bowl.
  2. Add the blueberries, then slice the strawberries and radishes and add to the bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, add the water, sugar, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper, then whisk together until combined.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the fruits and vegetables.
  5. Serve cold.
