Serve up spaghetti squash with two kinds of cheese in this yummy casserole-type dish!


Select ingredients:


  1. In a medium saucepan, place the milk, garlic powder, flour, water, butter, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce is thickened.
  2. Add the Swiss and the squash to the sauce and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 9x9-inch baking dish and top with the crushed crackers and a sprinkle of Parmesan. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 20 minutes.
