Double-Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Double stuffed cheese and bacon potatoes


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Bake potatoes for 60 minutes
  3. While potatoes are cooking, cook up bacon and crumble for topping for the potatoes
  4. Remove potatoes from oven once they are done and let cool, slice potatoes in half and scoop out the filling into a bowl
  5. Take the bowl with the potatoes and add milk, butter, sour cream and salt and pepper. Blend with a mixer. Add the filling back into the potato, Add some shredded cheese on top and bacon
  6. Put back in oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted
