Dynamite Shrimp Tacos
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet allowing space between shrimp. Bake for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until shrimp is golden-brown, crunchy and has an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
- Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce and sriracha in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Whisk together sour cream, minced garlic, salt and lime juice in a medium bowl. Add shredded cabbage, cilantro and scallions and mix to evenly combine.
- Layer tortillas with slaw and shrimp. Top with Thai chili sauce mixture. Enjoy immediately.
