Directions

  1. Dig a hole in the top of each cupcake. Carve out a hole that’s large enough to fit a strawberry halfway in.
  2. Frost the cupcake with chocolate buttercream frosting.
  3. Remove the cream filling from the Crème-O’s cookies and place the cookie halves in a zip-top bag and crush them up. Add a spoonful of crushed cookie over the frosting.
  4. Cover the tops completely but don’t fill the holes entirely.
  5. Melt the candy melts according to package directions and dip in each strawberry (don’t cover the top). Set them on parchment paper to dry.
  6. Once you’ve dipped all of your strawberries, quickly add the last of the candy melts into a piping bag and pipe small uneven lines across your “carrots” to create a realistic carrot effect.
  7. “Plant” a carrot in each cupcake hole.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
