In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, the mozzarella, the Parmesan, the garlic powder, the salt, the pepper, and the Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Place the cheese mixture on a serving platter and carefully shape into a “carrot.”
Use the finely grated cheddar to color the outside of your carrot. Press it in lightly.
Cover the entire carrot with cheese, then clean up around the carrot.
Insert the stems of a bunch of parsley into the top of the carrot.
Push the stems in to create your desired carrot effect.
Serve with crackers and enjoy.
