Boneless pork ribs, BBQ sauce, and cheddar cheese on top of a flatbread to make a delicious pizza. Great as an appetizer, side, snack, or meal!
- Preheat oven to 350˚.
- Rinse pork. Season with salt and pepper and place in a dutch oven. Add in BBQ sauce and cook until fork tender and pork can be shredded apart with 2 forks, approximately 3-1/2 hours.
- Heat a large saucepan on medium and add 1 tbsp. of oil. Toast bread on one side until brown and slightly crisp. Repeat the same process for the other side of the flatbread.
- Remove pork and set on top of bread, top with shredded cheese and place dollops of sour cream on the edges. Garnish with green onions.
