Eastern-Style BBQ Flatbread Pizza

Boneless pork ribs, BBQ sauce, and cheddar cheese on top of a flatbread to make a delicious pizza. Great as an appetizer, side, snack, or meal!


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 350˚.
  2. Rinse pork. Season with salt and pepper and place in a dutch oven. Add in BBQ sauce and cook until fork tender and pork can be shredded apart with 2 forks, approximately 3-1/2 hours.
  3. Heat a large saucepan on medium and add 1 tbsp. of oil. Toast bread on one side until brown and slightly crisp. Repeat the same process for the other side of the flatbread.
  4. Remove pork and set on top of bread, top with shredded cheese and place dollops of sour cream on the edges. Garnish with green onions.
