Enjoy the delicious flavors of pulled pork BBQ with Eastern-style BBQ sauce sandwiched between two slider buns, perfect for your next gameday celebration!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚.
  2. Rinse pork. Season with salt and pepper and place in a dutch oven. Add in chicken broth, rosemary, crushed garlic, and red onions.
  3. Place covered dutch oven in the preheated oven and cook approximately 3-1/2 hours, until pork is tender and shreds apart with 2 forks.
  4. In a large saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once flavors have combined and the taste is sufficient, remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Serve shredded pork on top of buns with Eastern-style BBQ Sauce.
