- Place your roast in the Crock Pot. Pour both cans of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup over top. Use a spatula or butter knife to spread the soup around the top of the roast.
- Next, pour both cans of Campbell's French Onion Soup over the top of the roast.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. The roast should be fork tender and falling apart when ready.
- Optional: This roast makes its own gravy. To thicken the gravy, remove the roast from the Crock Pot to a serving plate. Mix 1 tablespoon of flour with 3 tablespoons of warm water. Whisk this into the gravy until it thickens. Serve over roast and mashed potatoes and bread and anything else you'd like!
