This super easy Crock Pot recipe takes only three ingredients and will make the most tender, flavorful roast you've ever had! The best part is...it makes it's own gravy!

Directions

  1. Place your roast in the Crock Pot. Pour both cans of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup over top. Use a spatula or butter knife to spread the soup around the top of the roast.
  2. Next, pour both cans of Campbell's French Onion Soup over the top of the roast.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. The roast should be fork tender and falling apart when ready.
  4. Optional: This roast makes its own gravy. To thicken the gravy, remove the roast from the Crock Pot to a serving plate. Mix 1 tablespoon of flour with 3 tablespoons of warm water. Whisk this into the gravy until it thickens. Serve over roast and mashed potatoes and bread and anything else you'd like!
