Easy Banana Nut Bread

What better way to use up ripe bananas than a batch of Banana Nut Bread. I like to make this recipe using 5 disposable mini loaf pans so I can slide a loaf into a quart size zip top bag and share with family and friends.



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using non stick cooking spray, grease 5 mini loaf pans and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together, except nuts, until blended. Gently stir in nuts, and distribute batter evenly into the 5 prepared mini loaf pans.
  3. Bake loaves for 40 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
