- Preheat oven to 400˚F.
- Dice peppers, slice potatoes in half, and slice kielbasa.
- Place ingredients in a gallon baggies and add Italian seasoning, salt, and olive oil. Shake until main ingredients are coated with oil and herbs.
- Pour onto a 9"x13" baking sheet.
- Cook for 40-45 minutes, stirring after 20 minutes.
