These easy breakfast potatoes are the perfect side dish for breakfast or brunch with only 5 ingredients found for under $10.


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
  2. Dice peppers, slice potatoes in half, and slice kielbasa.
  3. Place ingredients in a gallon baggies and add Italian seasoning, salt, and olive oil. Shake until main ingredients are coated with oil and herbs.
  4. Pour onto a 9"x13" baking sheet.
  5. Cook for 40-45 minutes, stirring after 20 minutes.
