  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Add butter, garlic, and onions and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Stir in flour, salt, and poultry seasoning, then slowly add in milk. Stir constantly until sauce thickens. Add in broth, cooked chicken and frozen peas and carrots. Stir well.
  3. Add mixture to 9x9 baking dish and top with biscuits. Cook for 45 minutes or until biscuits are thoroughly cooked.
