- Preheat oven to 350F. Add butter, garlic, and onions and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in flour, salt, and poultry seasoning, then slowly add in milk. Stir constantly until sauce thickens. Add in broth, cooked chicken and frozen peas and carrots. Stir well.
- Add mixture to 9x9 baking dish and top with biscuits. Cook for 45 minutes or until biscuits are thoroughly cooked.
