Easy Chicken and Cous Cous Skillet

The name of the dish says it all...easy! A complete meal with protein, veggies and a healthy starch you can stay on track without sacrificing flavor!


Select ingredients:


  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and garlic (TIP: Use frozen herb cubes for quicker prep!). Cook for about 5 to 8 minutes, until browned.
  3. Stir in the water, wine and the spice sack from the couscous. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the couscous and broccoli. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cheese and tomatoes before serving.
  6. Enjoy!
