The name of the dish says it all...easy! A complete meal with protein, veggies and a healthy starch you can stay on track without sacrificing flavor!

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add chicken and garlic (TIP: Use frozen herb cubes for quicker prep!). Cook for about 5 to 8 minutes, until browned.

Stir in the water, wine and the spice sack from the couscous. Bring to a boil.

Stir in the couscous and broccoli. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Stir in the cheese and tomatoes before serving.
