Scrub and wash your raw vegetables.
Slice the vegetables in any manner that pleases you.
Pour the oil into a large pan and sauté the onions and mushrooms for a minute.
Add the rest of the vegetables. Add the water and mix in the miso paste.
Add the honey and stir, then add the chicken.
- Place a lid on the pan and simmer until most of the water has evaporated and the chicken is cooked through.
