Easy Italian Meatloaf

An Italian twist on traditional meatloaf.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In mixing bowl, combine meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, spices, onion and garlic. Do not over handle.
  2. Add ¼ cup marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese and stir well.
  3. Pour into greased loaf pan, top with remaining marinara. Bake for 45 minutes on 350 degrees, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake until cheese is bubbling. Let rest about 5-10 minutes before serving.
