An Italian twist on traditional meatloaf.
In mixing bowl, combine meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, spices, onion and garlic. Do not over handle.
Add ¼ cup marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese and stir well.
Pour into greased loaf pan, top with remaining marinara. Bake for 45 minutes on 350 degrees, or until cooked through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake until cheese is bubbling. Let rest about 5-10 minutes before serving.
