Easy Meatballs

Makes 24 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs
These versatile meatballs are the perfect addition to your repertoire. Pair with a jar of marinara sauce, and serve them as an appetizer, in a tasty sandwich, or as a family pleasing topping for spaghetti.


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Stir until evenly combined.
  3. Use a small ice cream scoop to transfer the mixture into nonstick mini muffin tins.
  4. Bake until browned and no longer pink in the center, about 20 minutes.
