- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Stir until evenly combined.
Use a small ice cream scoop to transfer the mixture into nonstick mini muffin tins.
- Bake until browned and no longer pink in the center, about 20 minutes.
