Fall and the cold weather are just around the corner and that means it's time for comfort food! What's better than a large plate of pasta? Serve with a side salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce, water and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add pasta, mix well. Reduce heat to low and cover, simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is cooked al dente.
- Stir in 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover. Let stand for 5 minutes.
