Easy Smoked Sausage Skillet

  1. Heat olive oil & crushed garlic, stir in sausage slices and cook till sausage is browned
  2. Add pepper, onion, broccoli, chicken broth, and tomato sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes until veggies are tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  3. In the meantime, cook rice according to package (I use boil in bag rice). Stir rice in skillet, sprinkle with cheese and serve
