Supper easy, good meal!
- Heat olive oil & crushed garlic, stir in sausage slices and cook till sausage is browned
- Add pepper, onion, broccoli, chicken broth, and tomato sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes until veggies are tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- In the meantime, cook rice according to package (I use boil in bag rice). Stir rice in skillet, sprinkle with cheese and serve
