This super easy strawberry pie is filled with fresh fruit and a homemade jelly for a sweet and delicious dessert.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Put the pie crust in a pie pan and crease the edges.
- Poke holes in bottom using a fork.
- Bake the pie for 15-18 minutes or until edges are browned. Set aside to cool.
- Add sliced strawberries evenly across the bottom of the pie crust.
- Mix water, sugar and cornstarch and bring to a boil.
- Allow it to simmer and stir continuously until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin until dissolved.
- Pour the strawberry gelatin mixture over the layer of strawberries.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add whipped cream and enjoy.
