- Place cranberries, lemon juice, onion, jalapeño, agave and salt in a food processor and pulse until cranberries have been chopped into small pieces.
- Transfer salsa to a container with a lid and store in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight so the flavors can meld. When ready to serve, scoop on top of a ball or wheel of cream cheese or other soft cheese like goat cheese, sprinkle cilantro on top, and serve with crackers.
