Chili doesn't have to be difficult to make or time-consuming. This recipe is both easy and quick!
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown turkey with vegetable oil until no longer pink. Drain any excess oil. Next, add in the chopped onion.
- To the skillet, add chicken broth, tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, refried beans, garlic, chili powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil and then cover and reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes. Add cheddar cheese on top if desired.
