Easy Turkey Chili

Chili doesn't have to be difficult to make or time-consuming. This recipe is both easy and quick!

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown turkey with vegetable oil until no longer pink. Drain any excess oil. Next, add in the chopped onion.
  2. To the skillet, add chicken broth, tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, refried beans, garlic, chili powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil and then cover and reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes. Add cheddar cheese on top if desired.
