- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Place the stuffing cubes in a large mixing bowl.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add the onions and celery over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon so it does not burn. Once they are translucent, remove them from the pan and place on the bread cubes. Brown the turkey sausage in the same pan. Break up the sausage with a wooden spoon as it browns.
- Add the brown sausage and fat to the bread cubes, onions and celery. Add the chicken broth, eggs, rosemary, ground sage, salt, and black pepper to the bread mixture and toss with your clean hands. Transfer the stuffing to the prepared baking dish and cook for 55 to 60 minutes, uncovered. The top will be golden brown and crisp.
