Easy Twice Baked Acorn Squash

  1. Cut the Squash along the Equator and Scoop Out Seeds Back 4 of them (8 Halves) Face Up at 375 for 1 hour - or soft enough to pierce with a fork
  2. Brown Meat and Combine with Stir Fry, Tomato Paster & Chicken Stock Add seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder, Cumin, Oregano
  3. Cook until it Thickens - It Should NOT be Saucy
  4. Fill the Baked Squash so the Mixture Rounds out on Top - Can add Parm. Cheese for Flavor
  5. Heat until Warm through - or if all ingredients are warm Broil for 2 Minutes
