Everyone will dig in to this eggs Benedict casserole filled with bacon, English muffins, and fluffy eggs, seasoned with paprika and drizzled with a Hollandaise sauce.
- Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Place half of the Canadian Bacon in the baking dish. Top with English muffin pieces and remaining bacon.
- In a large measuring cup or bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Let the casserole warm up while the oven preheats. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake another 10-15 minutes or until a knife when inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Follow the directions on the Hollandaise sauce packet to prepare. Drizzle over top the casserole. Enjoy immediately.
