Delicious enchilada filling stuffed into bell peppers and topped with gooey cheese. The perfect easy dinner!
- Brown and drain the hamburger meat.
Add in 1 cup of enchilada sauce, refried beans and shredded cheese. Mix well.
Stuff the peppers with the beef mixture.
Top with cheese and place in preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until peppers are slightly softened and cheese is melted.
