- Line bottom of 9x13 glass pan with whole graham crackers.
- Mix instant pudding and 3 cups milk together. Mix well, then add cool whip spread into mixture. Spread mixture on top of first layer of graham crackers and then add another layer of graham crackers on top.
- For icing, melt butter and add 3 tbsp milk, cocoa and powdered sugar and beat until shiny. Spread on top.
- Refrigerate overnight
