- Let the ham sit at room temperature for 1 hour before cooking.
- Bring the pineapple juice, brown sugar and mustard to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until thick, about 10-15 minutes. Set aside for basting the ham.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Place a pineapple slice and an orange slice in alternating patterns between each slice of the ham.
- Bake the ham, basting every 15 minutes with the pineapple juice mixture, until a meat thermometer reads 145°F, about 1 hour 20 minutes (10 minutes per pound). Serve and enjoy.
