- Place a layer of mixed baby greens on a medium plate or shallow bowl. Arrange the bacon, eggs, blue cheese, peppers, onions, cucumbers, avocado slices, and grape tomatoes decoratively over the greens. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the avocados to keep them from turning brown. Serve immediately or cover loosely with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated for a few hours until serving.
